1. General provisions
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") set out the rules for the provision of hospitality services by Mint Apartments Marcin Bochenek (hereinafter: Service Provider) and the rights and obligations of Guests using the apartments (hereinafter: Guest).
2. Definitions
- Apartment — a residential unit made available for short-term rental purposes.
- Reservation — an agreement for the provision of hospitality services concluded between the Service Provider and the Guest.
- Guest — a natural person who makes a reservation and uses the apartment.
- Rental period — the time from check-in to check-out.
3. Reservation
3.1. A reservation may be made via:
- the booking form on the website,
- phone or email contact,
- the Previo reservation system.
3.2. The reservation is confirmed once the Guest receives a confirmation email.
3.3. The Guest is required to provide accurate personal details and information about the number of persons using the apartment.
4. Payment
4.1. Payment terms are determined individually for each reservation.
4.2. Payment can be made by bank transfer, payment card, or cash (subject to the Service Provider's consent).
4.3. If payment is not received on time, the Service Provider has the right to cancel the reservation.
5. Cancellation
5.1. The reservation can be cancelled by contacting the Service Provider.
5.2. Refund terms depend on the timing of the cancellation:
- cancellation 7 or more days before the arrival date — 100% refund of the amount paid,
- cancellation less than 7 but at least 3 days before the arrival date — 50% refund of the amount paid,
- cancellation less than 3 days before the arrival date — no refund.
5.3. For unpaid reservations, cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the arrival date.
5.4. A reservation may also be rescheduled to different dates, subject to availability, free of charge under the same 7-day cutoff as cancellation in 5.2; a rescheduling request made later than that is treated as a cancellation and subject to the refund tiers above.
6. Check-in and check-out
6.1. Standard hours:
- check-in: from 15:00,
- check-out: until 11:00.
6.2. Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible for an additional fee, subject to the Service Provider's consent.
6.3. Instructions for self check-in are sent to the Guest before the arrival date.
7. Guest rights and obligations
7.1. The Guest has the right to:
- use the apartment in accordance with its intended purpose,
- use the apartment's equipment and facilities,
- receive information about the apartment and the surrounding area.
7.2. The Guest is obliged to:
- comply with house and fire safety rules,
- keep the apartment clean and tidy,
- refrain from conducting business activity in the apartment,
- not exceed the maximum number of persons specified in the reservation,
- compensate for any damage caused to the apartment or its equipment.
7.3. Organizing parties or events, and smoking, are prohibited in the apartments.
8. Liability
8.1. The Service Provider is not liable for items left in the apartment by the Guest.
8.2. The Guest bears full financial liability for damage caused to the apartment or its equipment.
8.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse to provide the service if the Guest violates these Terms.
9. Complaints
9.1. Complaints regarding the services provided can be submitted:

9.2. Complaints are handled within 14 days of receipt.
10. Final provisions
10.1. The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to these Terms.
10.2. In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
10.3. In the event of disputes, the parties shall seek an amicable resolution. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled by the court with jurisdiction over the Service Provider's registered office.
